For the very first edition of LA MONTRE DE L&#8217;ANN\u00c9E 2022, we had the pleasure of having the heads of the greatest brands in watchmaking. Richard Mille (Richard Mille), Cyrille Vigneron (CEO Cartier), Fran\u00e7ois-Henry Bennahmias (CEO Audemars Piguet), Eric Collombin (General Manager France Rolex and Tudor) Antoine Pin (General Manager Bvlgari Horlogerie) were all in attendance. There were also key figures such as Arnaud de Puyfontaine (Chairman of the Management Board of Vivendi) and Yannick Bollor\u00e9 (Chairman and CEO of Havas Group). Although absent, Georges Kern (CEO Breitling) and Julien Tornare (CEO Zenith) were also kind enough to send a video to Frank Sans C, which was shown during the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/montredelannee.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10000023683\" \/><figcaption>\u00a0The proud winners, from left to right: Fran\u00e7ois-Henry Bennahmias (Audemars Piguet), Richard Mille, Frank Sans C, Antoine Pin (Bvlgari), Maxime Herbelin (Herbelin), Cyrille Vigneron (Cartier), Gautier Massonneau and Volci Bloch (Trilobe). Eric Collombin (Tudor) was present for the ceremony but had to leave before the photo op, as he was the main sponsor of another event!\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9bastien Missoffe, Vice President and Managing Director France at Google, as well as all teams involved in the luxury industry at YouTube and Google were present. And for good reason: the event, which brought together over 200 carefully selected guests from the watchmaking world, took place at Google headquarters in Paris.<br>Even Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pi\u00e8ge (Top Chef France), Morgan Niquet (Morgan VS on YouTube, 1.32M followers) and Romain R\u00e9a (CEO Antiquorum Auctioneers) made the trip to present some of the awards, along with our awards presenter. Although the absence of Swatch Group representatives was felt in the assembly, Frank Sans C pointed out that this decision by the Bienne headquarters took nothing away from the well-deserved success of the watches produced by the group, which won 3 of the 10 awards of the evening (Swatch, Tissot, Omega).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u201c<em>There are no less than three CEOs from the world\u2019s top five watchmakers!<\/em>\u201d said a journalist on the selection committee (list at the end of the article).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/carre-lmda.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10000023741\" \/><figcaption>Richard Mille, our Person of the Year 2022, alongside Fran\u00e7ois-Henry Bennahmias, Frank Sans C and Antoine Pin.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The atmosphere was truly warm and friendly, a far cry from the usually stuffy standard of this kind of ceremony. And the watches were selected by&nbsp;<em>you<\/em>, our online readers.
