This timeless collection \u2013 launched in 1994 \u2013 is a worthy heir to the Seamaster De Ville. It is more subdued than its counterparts, the Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional and the Seamaster. However, it remains one of Omega\u2019s iconic collections. This year, the Swiss maison is bringing it back in the limelight. 2022 chimes the bell of revival for this watch, both mechanically and aesthetically. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This third generation of timepieces for ladies and gents now boasts Master Chronometer certification<\/a> (for the mechanical models). This is a testament to their accuracy, their performance and their magnetic resistance. The collection counts no less than four different calibres, each with its own functions. Mechanical with power reserve and small-seconds display, small-seconds display, three-hand display, and quartz. These movements are used in a wide assortment of variations: diameters (41, 40, 34, 30, and 27.5mm), cases (Sedna\u2122 gold, steel, yellow gold, and dual-coloured) and bracelets (Sedna\u2122 gold, steel, yellow gold, leather and shimmering leather). A wealth of eye-catching precious dials completes this collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This 41mm-diameter model boasts a domed dial in light blue PVD, with Omega\u2019s exclusive 2-in-1 finish: a random vertical pattern with radiant sun-brushing \u2013 \u20ac5,800 (on blue leather strap).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The dials are subtly hollowed underneath, housed in the signature \u201ctriple-apple bassine\u201d case and protected by a domed sapphire crystal. This complex engineering process lends depth and intensity to the time display. The Roman numeral markers and the hands are also slightly curved, to create a most harmonious overall look. The painstaking work carried out in Omega\u2019s ateliers for the finishes and the colours deserves special mention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
