Readability, durability and resistance have been a central concern in the watch&#8217;s development process.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The 42 mm case is decked out in a sober grey color achieved by PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) treatment. It is locked by a smoked sapphire caseback with silvered metallization &#8220;FRANCE LIMITED EDITION&#8221;. The hour markers are shown by the traditional nautical pennants on the inner bezel ring, while the dial displays the minutes digits treated with beige Superluminova for a better reading. This sand color is enhanced by a natural &#8220;patina&#8221; calfskin strap, in line with historical marine watches.
