The Maison which celebrated in 2018 its 100<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary of aerial timing can be proud to have guided numerous pilots in their cockpit. Indeed, in 1918 its flight instruments were the official chronometers of the first postal flights between Washington, Philadelphia and New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/hamilton.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35526\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Hamilton Racing Time Advertisement.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1926 as well, a model of the watchmaking brand timed the first flight to the North Pole. Strong from its expertise on the matter, Hamilton became the official brand of the four main flight companies in the United-States. Over the decades, the brand developed numerous partnerships with military squadron, air rescue services, aerobatic teams and with what interests us today, aerobatic pilots from all around the globe like Nicolas Ivanoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nicolas Ivanoff, a high-flying ambassador<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ivanoff.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35529\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Nicolas Ivanoff, Hamilton ambassador since 2005.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Official timer since 2017 of the Red Bull Air Race, the aerobatic world championship, Hamilton created long before a strong partnership (since 2005) with Nicolas Ivanoff, a brilliant aerobatic pilot. Dreaming of car racing from a young age, his path went another way. He obtained his flying license, became a flight instructor and discovered aerobatics by chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ivanoff3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35531\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Nicolas Ivanoff, nicknamed the \u201cQuick Corsican\u201d.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ivanoff started competition at the beginning of the 1990s and joined the French aerobatic team in 1997. Nicknamed the \u201cQuick Corsican\u201d he is known throughout the world, flying the Edge 540 V2 Hamilton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ivanoff2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35530\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Nicolas Ivanoff is an aerobatic pilot and winner of the Red Bull Air Race.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, he embarks our tick-tack fanatic in an incredible aerial adventure. Four are in 36 mm and three in 42 mm. Faithful to the adventure spirit of the Khaki line, the 36 mm watches house the H-10 automatic calibre and the 42 mm the H-30 calibre which displays in addition day and date in an aperture at 3 o\u2019clock. Both watches offer an 80-hour power reserve and are equipped with a non-magnetic spiral Nivachron\u2122.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/khaki15.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35553\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.6071428571428572;width:600px;height:auto\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The hands are covered with Super-LumiNova\u00ae Grade X1.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As in every pilot watch, each piece stands out by the legibility of its dial.
