This Zenith watch, inspired by the 1969 original Defy Diver A3648, is a true tribute to the <em>revival<\/em> spirit. With its water-resistant feature to 600 meters, no wonder some call it \u201cthe time strongbox\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/zenith3-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43458\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">To reinforce the watch\u2019s comfort, the screwed-down crown is set under the hour marker at 4:30 o\u2019clock, just like the original model. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This unparalleled diver knows everything about deep sea and saturation diving. The crown of its octagonal micro-blasted titanium case is set under the hour marker at 4:30 o\u2019clock, enhancing the wearer\u2019s comfort. The 37mm case is equipped with a fourteen-sided bezel placed above a round unidirectional rotating bezel in titanium and fitted with a yellow-tinted sapphire insert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/zenith2-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43459\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The star-shaped oscillating weight (emblematic of Zenith), is decorated with &#8221; C\u00f4tes de Gen\u00e8ve &#8221; decorations.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yellow truly is the becoming colour of this watch: this bright and showy tint can be found on the hands and the minute track, creating a pleasant contrast with the black matt dial. This effect remains in the dark, as they both glow under black light. The movement, which offers a power reserve of 50 hours, is perfectly satisfying. The back of the case displays an Elite automatic movement with an oscillating weight adorned with &#8221; C\u00f4tes de Gen\u00e8ve &#8221; waves, and the symbol of the Zenith manufacture: a star. On a side-note, we expected a stronger water-resistant feature for such a model, as it is water-resistant only to 100 meters\u2026 Maybe Hamilton will hear our feedback. This independent Swiss watchmaker brand is particularly famous for its diving watches that combine technicity and sturdiness. These two qualities can be found in the last models disclosed this summer in the \u201cTaste of Summer\u201d collection. Their dials\u2019 colours caught our attention \u2013 apparently <em>\u201cinspired by the crepuscular light that lingers into the mid-summer night in the Waldenburg Valley<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/oris4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42962\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">&nbsp;The sun-brushed effect of the dial enhances the colour\u2019s depth and intensity<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Evoking the nuances of the sunrise sky, the deep-cerise 36,5mm dial is surrounded by a rotating ceramic unidirectional bezel. On the other hand, the 43,5mm edition displays a purple dial reminding of the sunset sky, with a tungsten inlay in its bezel. These true divers\u2019 watches contain essential technical features: a screwed-down crown, luminescent indices and hands &#8211; with a lollipop seconds hand &#8211; and a safety clasp. They also are water-resistant to 300 meters. This tasteful pair is powered by an automatic caliber with a power reserve of about 41 hours. The small-scaled case (30x30mm) is made of 316L stainless steel that is both sturdy, hypoallergenic and resistant to corrosion. This last feature is essential, as this watch is water-resistant to 100 meters. Also, the collection is named after a cape located in the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The sun-brushed champagne pink dial reveals a pattern stamped horizontally \u2013 which evokes, for me, the wooden decking of boats. The dial holds thin luminescent hands powered by a fine Swiss quartz movement. The stainless-steel bracelet lengthens this model to elegant extends. With 4 links alternating both brushed and polished finishing, it is equipped with a deployment buckle.
