Over the years, it has become a highly expected meeting for the brand&#8217;s collectors. For this seventh H\u00f6lstein Edition, the independent Swiss watchmaker is building on one of its major 2026 releases: the new Artelier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/oris7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49025\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><br>The H\u00f6lstein Edition 2026 takes its cues from the new Artelier.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a logical choice. Revealed at Watches and Wonders, this lineup marks the return of a historic line in a refined and more contemporary iteration. The H\u00f6lstein Edition 2026 revamps its core features, with a 39.5mm stainless steel case, a small seconds subdial at 6 o&#8217;clock, and a grey suede leather strap. The result is a dashing, almost minimalist silhouette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/oris5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49026\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The standout feature of this timepiece is the mirror seconds subdial at 6 o\u2019clock.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The devil is in the detail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The timepiece doesn&#8217;t shout for attention. Its appeal grows progressively. The pale grey dial highlights a mirror-finished seconds subdial that catches the light. It shifts the way you perceive the dial depending on the angle. Furthermore, the red hand provides the only real pop of colour across the entire timepiece. However, the most distinctive craftsmanship is saved for the back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/oris1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49027\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The case back is adorned with an iridescent Oris Bear.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Oris developed with ETH Zurich and its partner <em>Inspire <\/em>a laser treatment. It creates an iridescent effect on the case back. The famous Oris Bear takes centre stage against a shifting backdrop, surrounded by concentric rings that reveal themselves depending on the reflections. It is a subtle touch, but distinctive enough to give this edition a character all of its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/oris6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49028\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">To engrave the Oris Bear and the &#8216;H\u00f6lstein Edition 2026&#8217; inscription, Oris used a laser treatment developed with their innovation partner <em>Inspire<\/em>, related to the prestigious Swiss university ETH Zurich.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The calibre 401 takes centre stage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Striking as the design is, however, the most significant development may lie elsewhere. This H\u00f6lstein Edition is the first next-generation Artelier to be powered by the calibre 401. As a part of the calibre 400 family, this self-winding movement delivers a 5-day power reserve, enhanced resistance to magnetic fields, and an advertised accuracy of between -3 and +5 seconds per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my-watchsite.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/oris4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49029\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The small seconds mirror.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Limited to 250 pieces, this special edition sticks to the recipe that made the success of previous models: a solid technical foundation, a few exclusive details, and a deliberately restricted production.
