From December 1st to March 1st 2015, Parisians keen to escape from routine will have a chance to discover again the warm and intimate world of Le Chalet Fleurier, installed on the terrace of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vend\u00f4me.<\/p>\n

Michel Jauslin, regional Vice-President of the Hyatt Group and Caroline Scheufele, Co-President of Chopard, have chosen to associate their two exceptional brands to create a unique place housing the quintessence of their respective universes.<\/p>\n

They naturally decided to christen it \u201cLe Chalet Fleurier\u201d in reference to a small village in the Swiss Jura, one of the cradles of Haute Horlogerie and home to Chopard Manufacture.<\/p>\n

This year, the Chalet atmosphere is inspired by the historical mountain chalets of the Swiss Jura, which in addition to serving as dwelling places also housed 17th century watchmaking workshops.<\/p>\n

Le Chalet Fleurier embodies the alliance between two worlds of tradition and expertise in which luxury and excellence strike the same tuneful chord.<\/p>\n

Snowflakes, pine trees, woodwork and lanterns will enable guests to escape to the mountains and immerse themselves for a few hours in the cosy, enticing world of the watchmaking chalet \u2013 just a few steps away from the Place Vend\u00f4me.<\/p>\n

Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Rouquette, the Michelin starred chef of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vend\u00f4me offers a convivial lunch menu with chicken served in a casserole and for dinner, a Mountain-style Raclette with Saint Nicklaus cheese, tiny potatoes as well as a selection of Alpine cured meats. Guests are also offered the choice of a black truffle-enhanced Palace-style version.<\/p>\n

It was in 1860 that Louis-Ulysse Chopard founded his watchmaking workshop in the Swiss Jura. Just over a century later, in 1963, the Scheufele family acquired ownership of Chopard, which had by then moved its headquarters to Geneva.
