This week-end, September 17th to 19th, the twelve<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>teams will compete for the victory of the Grand Prix Corum between la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nautique de Gen\u00e8ve and the<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Creux de Genthod. The winner of the regatta will be rewarded with an Admiral&#8217;s Cup Chronograph 48 Grand<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Prix Corum.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>CORUM, a key player in the sailing world, establishes itself currently in all the major competitions on the circuit.<\/div>\n<div>After announcing two partnerships in 2009 with team Okalys-CORUM and giving its name to the CORUM Grand<\/div>\n<div>Prix (one of the major races of the Challenge Julius Baer), the independent watchmaker is continuing its conquest<\/div>\n<div>in 2010 by recruiting the talented and charismatic Lo\u00efck Peyron and announcing its partnership with the Bol d&#8217;Or<\/div>\n<div>Mirabaud in April allowing to underline a prestigious calendar year echoing the 50th anniversary of the iconic<\/div>\n<div>Admiral&#8217;s Cup collection. The waters of Lake Geneva are now under the CORUM flag which will close the 2010<\/div>\n<div>sailing season of the Challenge Julius Baer by offering a Grand Prix Corum 2010 limited edition timepiece to the<\/div>\n<div>winner of the regatta.<\/div>\n<div>Ultimate act of the season, the Grand Prix Corum is decisive for the podium. Considering the very low number of<\/div>\n<div>points between the three finalists (Banque Populaire 13 pts &#8211; Foncia 14 pts &#8211; Alinghi 16pts) the podium will be highly competed and foresees a challenged regatta. Twelve catamarans will take the start off Geneva lakefronts this week-end.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Last year, team Okalys-Corum, helmed by Lo\u00efck Peyron, came close to victory by winning a silver medal in the final<\/div>\n<div>of the Challenge Julius Baer. Having concluded 2009 season tied in points with Team Alinghi, the season 2010<\/div>\n<div>turned out much more difficult for the team. Okalys-Corum enters the Grand Prix Corum with 29 points and 6th<\/div>\n<div>position of the general classification. The podium of the Challenge Julius Baer is out of reach this year, but with<\/div>\n<div>three consecutive victories (2005-2008) and a second place in 2009, the Grand Prix Corum remains one of<\/div>\n<div>Nicolas Grange&#8217;s and his team&#8217;s favorite competition. Let&#8217;s wager that the wind of victory will blow in their sails to<\/div>\n<div>conclude this season in beauty and win the official Grand Prix Corum watch.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Admiral&#8217;s Cup Chronograph 48 Grand Prix Corum<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>As an official partner of the CORUM Grand Prix and the Okalys-Corum team, the brand is launching this year an<\/div>\n<div>official Grand Prix 2010 timepiece with the Okalys-Corum team colors. On the other hand the level becomes always better<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em>with the participation of professional teams which benefit from larger budgets and more training possibilities<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em>before the regattas.
