The Bvlgari Aluminium Match Point Special Edition was made for tennis players with its left-side crown and its Velcro strap for the perfect, comfortable fit. It is also dedicated to all lovers of the overall collection.
This reference associates the famous aluminium case of the collection to a rubber bezel and rubber strap in dark green, in perfect harmony with the grass of the Wimbledon court, a British tournament created in 1877. As for the white dial, it is a friendly reminder of the very strict dress code of the tournament, where the immaculate outfit is a must.
The caseback displays an engraved tennis ball, an additional present to the tennis gods. The special box of the watch also references a tennis ball. The Bvlgari Aluminium Match Point Special Edition is equipped with a self-winding manufacture calibre offering a 42-hour power reserve.
The 40-mm aluminium case is water resistant up to 100 metres and displays a dark green, rubber bezel engraved with the iconic “BVLGARI BVLGARI” writing. The caseback is in titanium. So is the left-side crown in DLC-coated titanium, more comfortable to wear for right-handed tennis players. You might find this debatable, but at worst, this is a gorgeous watch for left-handed people.
The dark green rubber strap with the aluminium links and Velcro band is also very comfortable to wear. Guaranteed immobility next time you score an ace, and water resistance up to 100 metres.
