Federico Restrepo is the creator of the watchmaking brand of the same name . He was invited on Frank Sans C’s set to discuss his creative vision and his original universe. A warm, sincere, witty show, introducing watches that are beyond unique.
It is always interesting to see new faces in the watchmaking world. Always exciting to meet these brave, passionate people, embarking on that wild adventure of creating timepieces that stand out from the rest. Federico Restrepo is one of those people. This designer by trade is crazy about watches and created a model that became an instantly recognisable classic: the ellipsis. The design was born on a flight from Paris to New York, aboard the iconic Concorde aircraft.
As Federico puts it: “at this altitude, the Earth appears not as a sphere but as a a true elliptical vision.”
