Oris boosts its customer experience with Artelier

The watch brand has just unveiled Artelier, its brand new Parisian showcase entirely dedicated to what lovers of fine mechanics expect as much as the precision of a calibre: impeccable after-sales service and a customer experience finally designed with them in mind. This place is not only intended to repair watches, but also to allow visitors to fully experience the Oris spirit.

Located at 71 Rue d’Argout, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, L’Artelier now welcomes enthusiasts, customers and partners from Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 6 pm. This project was born out of careful consideration of the needs and feedback from the field, with the idea that good after-sales service can make a customer’s heart beat almost as fast as a high-performance calibre. The goal is simple: to offer faster, more transparent and more human service, while remaining true to the brand’s warm DNA.

Two experienced watchmakers and a customer service representative handle all requests from boutiques, authorised retailers and end customers. Users now have three options for dropping off their watches: come directly to the Artelier, go through an authorised retailer, or use a Chronopost pick-up point, an option fully covered by Oris to ensure a smooth experience at no additional cost. Personalised email updates accompany each stage, from receipt to diagnosis and return, ensuring that the process is as precise as a second-by-second display.

The inauguration of the Artelier also comes with concrete commitments. Watches under warranty will be serviced within four weeks, and Cal. 400 calibres and Sellita bases will be replaced as standard when necessary. Partial adjustments and non-mechanical interventions will be dealt with quickly, while orders for straps and buckles can be delivered by express delivery. Oris also reaffirms its ambition to guarantee absolute reliability for its Calibre 400 by 2026, thanks to a strengthening of its control and quality policy.
