Support the fight against cancer with Raymond Weil
Committed for many years to various associations, RAYMOND WEIL is renewing its initiative this year to aid in research and treatment of those who have been touched by this dreadful disease – hand in hand with you.
During the month of September, RAYMOND WEIL provides the opportunity to buy on-line through the RW Club & Community a watch specially created for its members: the RW Club & Community maestro – special edition. This unique model is equipped with self-winding mechanical movement, an elegant stainless steel case and a dark grey dial which goes nicely with its brown leather strap. A special model for the cause it champions and the elegance it will provide on the wrist of its future ambassadors.
The timepiece is available for sale on-line on raymond-weil.com only, under the heading RW Club & Community throughout the month of September, but exclusively reserved for RW Club members the first week. 25% of the sales price will be donated to one of the three institutions against cancer chosen by the member.
Cancer is one of the leading causes of death around the world. 84 million people will die of cancer between now and 2015. One out of every 600 children suffers from cancer. One out of 8 women is currently affected by breast cancer. We must act now! Indeed, the figures speak for themselves: 30 to 40% of cancers can be avoided through prevention, and a third of them can be cured with early diagnosis and subsequent treatment. It is therefore through three institutions fighting resolutely against cancer every day that RAYMOND WEIL has gotten involved in the fight against the disease with the maestro Special Edition RW Club & Community. Members are thus able to choose the association that they feel closest to where they wish to donate part of the price of their timepiece. The Pediatric Hemato-Oncology Unit of Geneva University Hospital – Switzerland, The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® – United States and the Singapore Cancer Society are counting on our efforts this year.
Your support will make a difference.
