Classics Carrée: It's time for denim!

They’ve been around for 150 years and haven’t aged a day. They share a defining trait with watchmaking: denim, like fine timepieces, transcends generations without ever losing its soul – beautiful and rebellious. Today, Frederique Constant takes hold of the iconic “de Nîmes” fabric, now known as denim, to create two Classics Carrée models, in sizes M and S, for a look that is both free-spirited and bold, slim and daring.

Denim is, quite literally, the fabric of our times. Rugged, untamed and flexible enough to be embraced by every generation and every continent – without exception. A study in universality.

When the Classics Carrée is dressed in denim, it becomes the ultimate accessory of a free and irreverent style. It pairs the authentic, legendary fabric of its strap with its horological counterpart. The watch dial features an inventive diagonal satin finish in the same colour as the iconic fabric. Fine craftsmanship and fashion come together in dialogue, setting the tone for new trends. The choice of steel reinforces the piece’s rock-inspired edge. The “wristwatch” has never been more aptly named: an accessory, and yet indispensable – Classics in its silhouette, fashion-forward in its look.

Two versions are available, M (36 x 25 mm) and S (30 x 21 mm). The strap is crafted from authentic denim, finished with white topstitching. A quartz movement drives the hour and minute hands. These denim editions of the Classics Carrée are unapologetically bold. They go straight to the point, finely sculpted within a perfectly contoured case.
