The first mechanical tourbillon movement designed by the Watchmaking Creation Studio, developed and assembled by the CHANEL Watch Manufacture, the Caliber 5 is magnified by the exceptional work accomplished on the hypnotic dial of the J12 DIAMONDS TOURBILLON CALIBER 5. Designed by Arnaud Chastaingt, the baguette diamonds have been made-to-measure to converge and follow the rotations of the flying tourbillon. This setting that exalts the beauty of this horological complication required six months of work to complete. Displaying extreme refinement, the flying tourbillon cage is set with 26 brilliant-cut diamonds, in the center of which twirls an 0.18 carat diamond specially cut for the Caliber 5: it reveals its 65 facets to the rhythm of the seconds.
