The watch that connected a father and daughter across time returns with a cosmic new dial.

As the watchmaker of filmmakers, Hamilton has spent decades bringing timepieces to the screen, supporting storytelling through watches that help define character and narrative. Among them, few have resonated as strongly as the Murph.

Originally created as a key story element in Christopher Nolan's Interstellar, the watch played a central role in the film's emotional core, connecting Cooper and his daughter Murph across time and space.

What began as a movie prop inspired by the Khaki Field watch has evolved into a permanent collection, celebrated by film enthusiasts and watch collectors alike for its unique blend of cinematic storytelling and watchmaking authenticity.

Building on the success of the Murph 38mm, Hamilton introduces a new dial execution inspired by the journey of an interstellar comet.

A luminous blue center recalls the glow of ionized gases illuminated by sunlight, gradually fading into black at the edge of the dial to evoke the depth and vastness of space. A pronounced grained texture inspired by stardust adds dimension and visual depth, creating subtle shifts in light across the surface

Available with either a black leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet, the new execution remains faithful to the elements that define the collection, including its cathedral hands, slightly domed numerals and strong legibility. The result is a fresh interpretation of a modern Hamilton icon, one that continues to celebrate the enduring connection between storytelling, discovery and time.
