DESCRIPTION
- LUMINOR CHRONO DAYLIGHT – 44 MM
The Luminor Chrono Daylight, the chronograph with three counters inspired by the model ordered from Offcine Panerai by the Italian-American actor Sylvester Stallone for the flm of the same name in 1995, is available in a new version with a strongly sporting character.
The Luminor case 44 mm in diameter is made of AISI 316L brushed stainless steel, as are the bridge protecting the winding crown, the bezel with polished edges and the push-pieces which control the chronograph functions positioned at 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock. At 10 o’clock there is the special corrector for setting the date, which is displayed through a small window on the dial.
The broad black dial is notable for its great legibility and clarity, features which are typical of Offcine Panerai. It is a classic design consisting of a combination of lines and fgures, both in the main display and in the chronograph hour and minute counters and the small seconds dial. A special coating of ecru Super-LumiNova® gives the hands and the elements which stand out on the dial a vintage appearance which is reminiscent of Panerai models of the past.
The movement of the Luminor Chrono Daylight – 44 mm is the OP XII calibre, an automatic movement supplied with a Chronometer Certifcate issued by COSC. The calibre has a balance wheel oscillation frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour, 27 jewels, a power reserve of 46 hours and bridges with Côtes de Genève decoration.
