The Seamaster Planet Ocean 45.50 mm Titanium and Liquidmetal®, calibre 8500
One of the stars of the new Planet Ocean Collection has a 45.50 mm grade 5 titanium case and a blue ceramic bezel whose scaling and numbers are made of an alloy called Liquidmetal®. Last year Omega became the first watchmaker ever to blend ceramic and Liquidmetal®.
The hardness of the materials means that they will maintain their appearance indefinitely. This special Planet Ocean is featured here with a blue integrated rubber strap. It is also available with a titanium bracelet. The Planet Ocean 45.50 Titanium Liquidmetal® is equipped with an OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 8500 and a silicon balance spring. There is also a chronograph version available featuring the new Co-Axial calibre 9300.
