Chaumet has broken the style mould once again with a watch collection in bold colours and a brand new material: coloured titanium.

BORN OF SHEER DARING
The first diver’s watch on place Vendôme launched in 1998, Class One has become a reference of the sporty chic style. Having made a name for itself through the unprecedented combination of steel, diamonds and rubber, it is now creating the event by employing coloured titanium.

ITS NAME
Class One takes its name from the powerful planing monohull - light, ergonomic and created to cut through the waves in the most prestigious single-handed races: the Vendée Globe and the Route du Rhum.

DEEPLY NEW
ANODISING

The colouring of the titanium components such as the dial, case and buckle are obtained with a treatment called anodising. The titanium is immersed in an electrolysis bath, where a layer of oxide gradually forms. The shade develops as the voltage increases, allowing the intensity of the colour to be controlled as desired.

An ingenious technique: the shade obtained is fixed and resistant to both scratches and UV rays.

The Chaumet Class One Titane Deep reveals colours of an extraordinary intensity. When anodised, the normally grey titanium can take on a wide variety of colours.

Five colours have been chosen for the collection
GREEN: luminous, fresh, vibrant
PURPLE: bold, resolute, passionate
BLUE: deep, serene, associated with the world of diving but also with Chaumet
BLACK: understated, timeless, graphic
“LUMIÈRE” SHADE: chic and sophisticated, symbolising the Brand

Vibrant colours
Anodised titanium reveals subtle reflections with a satin-finished effect, which respond to changes in the light.
