The two new high jewellery models from the Traditionnelle collection are certainly testimony demonstrating once more Vacheron Constantin’s excellence in the Artistic Crafts. The 40 mm and 35 mm-diameter versions are transformed into an enchanting stage for an exceptional light show.  A stunning array of prong-set baguette-cut diamond imbues time with a hint of eternity. 
 
Case, dial, bracelet: not a single fragment of white gold remains unpaved with precious stones. Clinging to the exquisitely rounded curves, they radiate from the centre of the watch face so as to cover the entire surface of the watch. The resulting shimmering effect is truly mesmerizing.
 
The peerless skills of the master gemsetter are echoed by those of the watchmaker. The mechanical hand-wound Calibre 4400 movement driving the Traditionnelle high jewellery, or Calibre 1400 for the Traditionnelle high jewellery medium model, are each visible through the sapphire crystal case-back. Heirs to an expertise born in 1755 and passed on from generation to generation, these two calibres are graced with entirely hand-crafted finishing in keeping with the finest traditions and meeting the ultimate Haute Horlogerie criteria. Their flat surfaces are adorned with Côtes de Genève, while the sharp edges and the flat screw heads are bevelled and then manually polished.
 
Such exceptional standards cannot tolerate any compromises. Both models bear the prestigious Hallmark of Geneva, the highest Fine Watchmaking reference, testifying to the quality, craftsmanship and reliability of a timepiece produced on Genevan territory.
