Le souci de la performance technique, un design pérenne associé au vocabulaire formel de Dior Homme, un volume enveloppant et fluide : Chiffre Rouge offre une réécriture d’un classique horloger.
Chiffre Rouge est un objet unique. Unique, et identitaire, par l’architecture asymétrique de son boîtier qui concentre sur son côté droit élargi toutes ses commandes (le remontoir et les poussoirs pour les versions chronographes). Identitaire aussi par son calibre « Irréductible », mouvement automatique d’exception développé pour Dior Homme en éditions limitées et numérotées par la prestigieuse manufacture suisse Zénith. Identitaire enfin par la justesse de son design (son volume galet, sa glace bombée, son acier brossé) et la précision de ses codes graphiques (sa glace de fond teintée, le guillochage du remontoir ou les cicatrices incisées à la fleur du bracelet, en référence au savoir-faire de Dior Homme et à ses coutures).
