Its domed dial, slim silhouette, and signature date display reflect a heritage that has evolved over time without losing the values that first made the model so meaningful.

Mechanical Craft, Made Wearable

Created for the rhythm of daily life, the Tissot Visodate remains remarkably wearable, just as it was when it first appeared more than seventy years ago. Its thin 39mm case sits lightly on the wrist, complemented by a box-shaped sapphire crystal that adds character while ensuring lasting durability. A see-through case back reveals the refined mechanics of the Powermatic 80 movement, offering up to 80 hours of autonomy. At its core, the NivachronTM balance spring enhances resistance to magnetic fields and temperature variations, preserving the watch’s precision over time.

Three Expressions of the Visodate’s Spirit

This new chapter unfolds through three distinct interpretations, each expressing a unique personality while sharing the same foundational architecture. One edition pairs a silver-toned dial with gold-coloured indexes and a brown leather strap embossed with a crocodile pattern, projecting warm, traditional elegance. Another presents a deep blue textured dial complemented by a stainless-steel grains of rice bracelet, bringing a crisp, modern feel. The third adopts the same configuration with a textured black dial, offering a clean, understated interpretation marked by contrast and contemporary simplicity.

These three variations are united by the same refined construction. The domed dial, enriched by the interplay of circular and vertical brushing, plays delicately with the light, revealing depth across its curved surface. At 3 o’clock, the date window remains perfectly legible thanks to precise framing, an homage to the original Visodate promise: the date at a glance. Dauphine hands coated with Super-LumiNova® ensure confident readability in low light, while the anti-reflective crystal maintains a clear, unobstructed view from every angle.
