Inspired by Christian Dior’s taste for grand balls, the Dior VIII Grand Bal collection, launched in 2011, is equipped with the “Dior inversé”calibre whose functional oscillating weight, placed on the dial, reproduces the swirl of a ball gown.
For princesses at the grandest of balls, in 2013 Dior VIII is proposing - in a 38mm diameter - five one-of-a-kind timepieces in gold and black or white ceramic, illuminated with dials in anodized titanium paved with extra-flat snow-set precious stones. They are embellished with oscillating weights, set with petals of ornamental stones and precious stones in dazzling colours, demonstrating truly exceptional jewellery know-how.A tribute to haute couture and its extravaganza.
